The Santa Maria Legal Professionals Association (SMLPA) was established in 1971. We held our first meeting and elected officers on June 3, 1971. We received our Charter at the Board of Governors Meeting in August 1971, with 32 charter members. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month and Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday.
